Tim hortons need to teach there staff about customer service.coffee shop means good vibe and smiling.they will make your order wrong and then you tell staff you did this wrong will treat you like that your mistake i use to buy coffee from these locations everyday but from today i will take my business to some other place where they value there customer.not being rude to customer is first in customer service.i suggest go to starbuck if you want to buy your

I’m rating this Tim’s a 1 star only because of this new thing they’re doing to skew the data of serving time between each customer in the drive thru. When I asked what was going on they said they were being inspected but this has gone on for days now. Every time I go now I’m waived at violently to not drive up to the window. After waiting a few mins I’m waived forward. It’s annoying and I don’t want to be part of skewing any numbers for them. If your service is long the data should reflect that so you’re pushed to do better.
