I had a great experience at Tim Hortons today! The staff was friendly, quick, and polite. My coffee was perfectly made, and everything was served fresh and warm. The service felt genuine and welcoming — exactly what you’d hope for from a morning coffee stop!

There are no more chai tea bags. The cashier assured me there's no sugar in the new chai tea. Claimed it was the same as the tea bags. PURE SUGAR!! IT WAS AWFUL. I got charged for 2 pumps of chai syrup. It didn't taste anything like chai tea.
You cannot assure someone there’s zero sugar and put sugar. That’s irresponsible for customers with diabetes. Employees need more information/training on products.
