Task for people not clear they do not know their duty who is doing what who duty is what. 1 high for food prep, 1 person for window service, 1 for cash, 1 person for deliveries task should assigned. Bunch of people just running around but 0 productivety. This is insane, !!!!

This is genuinely the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to I’ve been living in lasalle for like 7 years and I swear on my soul I think they’ve only gotten my order right once. How does that even happen one time I ordered a simple Dave trio and I got five baconaters and a large lemonade. How does that even happen and they worst part is that the staff literallt doesn’t care like they’ll just be talking right infront of your face while ur waiting 29 minutes for a burger and on top of that. They give you the wrong burger. Literallt today I went in there and I asked for a simple Dave meat burger or whatever (I think the simple Dave is with beef) and guess what I got a chicken burger with fries and a drink (I only ordered the burger) thank you for the free fries and drink but why do you have to mess up my order all the time? Come on.

Place is very dirty. Sticky floors. The burger meat is overcooked. Shorted on a large chili. One inch from the top... Soda machines are not calibrated properly. Making tasteless soda. Wendy's Canada come and fix this location. It's not even running at franchise's bare minimum standards.
