Place is very dirty. Sticky floors. The burger meat is overcooked. Shorted on a large chili. One inch from the top... Soda machines are not calibrated properly. Making tasteless soda. Wendy's Canada come and fix this location. It's not even running at franchise's bare minimum standards.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. At this point, it honestly feels like y’all are messing up on purpose. Every single time we order, there’s an issue. When we specifically remove toppings from a burger, they still put them on. And when we actually choose to keep something, they take it off. That’s not just a mistake here and there—that’s straight incompetence. It’s beyond frustrating to pay for food that’s constantly wrong. Stop pocketing people’s money while serving sloppy service.
