I ordered a junior hamburger ketchup only with a large drink and a spicy wrap with no cheese or ranch asking to have BBQ sauce instead. The guy at the cash barely understood me I had to repeat ketchup only 3 times. When I got my receipt I noticed he charged me a junior bacon cheeseburger so I told them and they refunded me the difference. However when I got my hamburger it was ketchup only with bacon and cheese. I do not eat pork and I can't eat cheese because I have a specific intolerance. I told them all this and mentioned they needed to train their staff better but the manager likely a shift supervisor told me oh he's new. Then they gave me a new hamburger still with cheese. I once again said I do not eat cheese. The manager was extremely rude rolling his eyes at me. Then after they fixed it I noticed I was missing my BBQ sauce. I informed him and he said $0.35. At that point I lost it and raised my voice stating after all the errors I'm not paying to substitue one sauce for another. He finally gave it to me and mumbled something about next time that I didn't quite understand and I said there won't be a next time I won't be back and I'll be leaving a nasty google review. He said okay fine good bye. This is NOT how you treat a paying customer. I was appalled and will never step foot there again!!!

The restaurant was quiet when we visited. We had lunch, at a low special price of 2 items for $4. The freshness of the ingredients was there. The staff are smiling and friendly.

First experience in a Wendy's which made me realize that during all these years spent just a stone's throw from Ottawa, I hadn't missed much. The little cheeseburger was cheap but tiny and rather tasteless.

Everything was very good, the only detail was that a couple of kids came in and the security guy didn't know how to reduce the problem. A few moments later another large group came in and the moment was also very tense and very unpleasant, they must train them well. its security personnel so that people do not come in and give us a bad time as diners, since it does not make us want to return to that branch
