Not impressed at all with the cleanliness. This address does not correspond to the chain's standards. Saturday 5:00 p.m., no one at the counter to take orders, all tables are dirty. The prep station counter is dirty, the tops of the appliances are greasy and very dusty. The edges of the separation part have a not very attractive black mark. I am a long-time client of Tim's and I travel a lot, I have seen them all over Quebec, this time I thought I had entered a teenager's bedroom.

It seemed to me that the presence of a mature person to take charge was missing.

I was served today at the drive-thru by a certain Amélie, who doesn’t seem to have time to say a simple “hello”. Very stupid on the microphone as soon as I arrived. Once at the window, she gives me my food with my chocolate frosted which does not have whipped cream (even though I had specified when ordering). I return it to her and she does the same thing that I had already returned (so again without whipped cream). Instead of apologizing and going to make me another one, she turned to her colleagues, with a smile on her face and they were all laughing. I still ended up getting the right order, but very disappointed with the service…

Service really not good there are at least 7-8 employees two bottoms nothing.. I waited at the cash register for 4min no movement no employee came to take my order only to tell me in the end that their soup is not ready.. nice waste of time
