Not impressed at all with the cleanliness. This address does not correspond to the chain's standards. Saturday 5:00 p.m., no one at the counter to take orders, all tables are dirty. The prep station counter is dirty, the tops of the appliances are greasy and very dusty. The edges of the separation part have a not very attractive black mark. Employees overwhelmed at certain times because there are not enough of them to serve. Regular employees are helpful, some casual employees would benefit from customer service training.
The staff is very friendly, the food and coffee are good but every time I go there the floors are dirty, the counters are dirty.. the trash cans are overflowing so I take my order to bring instead of eating there . Sad…
