We called around 4:30 on a Saturday evening to see if there was room for 2 people. The girl told us “Yes, as long as you leave by 7am”. It's okay, I can understand, it's normal on a Saturday evening, it's very busy... We book and take off immediately. We arrive around 5:15 a.m. When we arrived, the hostess couldn't find our table number... So we waited a bit near the door and the girl who spoke to us on the phone arrived. She told us a little stupidly: “I was wrong, we should have left by 6:30 a.m., is that correct? I can understand, mistakes happen, but we still mention that we would like not to be pushed... She seats us in a corner. I haven't even taken off my coat yet when I see her coming back towards us, complaining to her colleagues. I didn't understand everything, but I heard clearly "he's going to give me a seizure!". And she comes to tell us really, but really stupidly, that it's okay for 7 a.m., but she makes it clear to us that it bothers her.
Firstly, there was no question of throwing a tantrum, we just politely pointed out that we would have liked not to be pushed. And by the way, we could have arranged to leave by 6:30 a.m. if you had had a smile, my dear...
But making us feel bad before we even sit down for YOUR mistake is unacceptable.
We just left.
1 star because the decor is nice. And if we could vote -5 for the service, we would.
