Exceptional experience, I'm still talking about it 4 years later, to try, what do I say to experience!

Very nice hostel with pleasant service. The restaurant offers good cuisine but at a price that is clearly too high for the quality and creativity that is found on our plate.Food & drinks: Bad value for money.

Our restaurant experience on September 16:Extraordinary, everything was perfect. Food at-beyond our expectations. Very good friendly service. Plus we were near the window and were treated to a spectacular sunset. Surprising and exquisite decor.

Very bad experience, fortunately we only stayed one night, very humid room, smelling of mold, despite a dehumidifier that works non-stop. Very dark and tiny bathroom. We found unwashed used coffee cups on the nightstand.Access to the room is via poorly jointed stone paving with many steps, nothing worthy of a 3 star.Any breakfast.

Well run hostel. Very nice reception.Very clean, the disinfectant surprises us as soon as we arrive at the room.Outside of room #20 there is a magnificent waterfall that almost manages to mask the noise of the 132 far below. The toilet is rather cute, the shower is for people of small and average size. The breakfast is ok, it comes on a tray and everything is there, if you want a second coffee it will cost you $11:50 for 2; Oh good! However coffee is free in your room with a good coffee machine, find the error? If you come back at night and go down to your room, it will be dangerous to get there.Because there is NO motion sensor light. Fortunately, the light from our cellphone helped us out!The hostel has a good reputation, the grounds are beautiful and the guest areas are well appointed. Electricity would be to improve (lamps with bulb to change, hidden switch and badly located).Rooms: Very clean

Very nice old inn steeped in history. The furnishings are well chosen and in harmony with the surroundings. We liked our room although we shared our bathroom with another room. Although the lunch lacked protein what they had was good. We had dinner at their restaurant and took the seven-course discovery menu, it was good, but the chef takes it upon himself not to have gluten on the plates, which prevents us from achieving the wow. We plan to return.

Hostel with atypical charm indeed. We dive back into an era of yesteryear with rustic features and master paintings. The location is close to Bic National Park and it's great. However, the rooms are not up to the asking price. They are very dark and humid. The breakfast is correct but is imposed.

We stayed 2 nights. The welcome was very warm and smiling, relaxed. The room is small and the walls are thin but the style is old because the house is authentic. The breakfast is frugal.Good location if you visit Bic National ParkTHANKS :)

Superb location with stunning views of the Bay of Bic. I went there for a dinner on recommendation and my expectations were not met. By wanting to reinvent recipes too much, we lose the essentials. A s'more made with a chilli marshmallow and the chocolate being smoked, there is nothing left of the desired taste. The dishes were however very pretty, but it was not worth the price. I did not stay there.

I was coming to the end of a road trip, latterly in Francophone New Brunswick then Quebec. Being peak season, accommodation was scarce. Driving along the coast- starting to be a bit tired- I chanced upon the auberge - how lucky I was! Noémie gave me a warm and enthusiastic welcome and showed me to the last room. She is bouncy and full of life- the heart and soul of this establishment. Dinner was raw fish, followed by cooked river fish and some excellent cheeses. The wine selection by the glass is too small (in an age of Coravin) and quite eccentric. Breakfast was abundant and delicious - it contained some Quebecois items which I didn’t know. I tried to stay another night but they were alas fully booked. Along with the Windsor hotel in St Andrews, this was my favourite boutique hotel of the whole road trip. Highly recommended.

I never had the opportunity to stay at the inn but I spent magical evenings there tasting absolutely delicious dishes, surprising our taste buds and bringing them joy.Every time I leave, I can't wait for the next dinner! The decor is as magnificent as the dishes, not to mention the breathtaking view!

Our stay was perfect! The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The hostel offers an atmosphere and decor like nowhere else. For the restaurant, probably one of the best meals we have eaten! From appetizer to dessert, everything was perfect without excluding the service. I recommend without hesitation!

Too bad I can't rate it higher. The "attic" room was very nice and had a nice view of nature and the restaurant was quite good. But several things were not up to par with the room:-The bathtub was not practical at all-You have to ask for the cleaning to be done!!!-The breakfasts were infamous (a small tray consisting of 2 slices of bread with canned margarine and jam, a canned orange juice and a tasteless hard-boiled egg. All served in the room!!)-It was very hot and not even air conditioning or fan!Damage !

WOW! An exceptional culinary experience all the way. The inn is magnificent and so is the view. The food is delicious, quality food and neat presentation. Our server was number 1. We will definitely be going back very soon!
