Exceptional dining experience.
A jovial team that doesn't seem to be working but having fun.
Discovering local products whose multiple possibilities we were unaware of was a unique moment for us.
I would go back without hesitation!
THANKS!

Supremely disappointing. Drove 5 hours to dine here on the basis of the Food and Wine article. From the indifferent service to the erratically seasoned and belabored food - it was painful to spend 4.5 hours at the restaurant. Would like to suggest the chef spend more time in the kitchen and less grandstanding with a microphone. It was rather angering to spend nearly $500 for such a galling meal

Uneven.
We had booked months in advance with a lot of waiting. Once there, small table in the restaurant near the kitchen. Everyone eats the same thing, which is a good idea to optimize work. The service is efficient despite the fact that the restaurant is full. At this price I expect no errors, but it looks like I was experimenting with the recipes. The zucchini flower appetizers were light, not greasy, the fake mustard caviar with squid ink was brilliant. Next, the Asian inspired tuna was good, but not wow, too many elements for nothing and very large portion. The risotto was only in appearance. Very pretty and surprising in its presentation, but just a tasteless green juice with a brunoise of raw kohlrabi. The latter would have had an interest in being cleared. The pasta dish was the worst of the evening, a rather "flat" presentation, a lacto-fermented tomato sauce so acidic, that even the creamy cheese of the stuffing could not balance. The chicken with morels and yellow wine was the highlight of the evening, served in a salt crust for all the guests, a very good mastery of cooking and taste, well done! Huge portion. We tried every other dessert because we were no longer hungry. The chocolate ganache was sublime, velvet expertly executed.
The atmosphere was very noisy and had the feel of a New Year's party at the end of the evening. It was a good idea to explain the dishes and the origin of the products, but perhaps not to bring out the glasses, wigs, progressive jazz pianist, shooters, champagne...it was confusing.
I'm happy to have been there, but I don't think I'll go back.

Rather disappointed with my experience. +/- successful atmosphere, concept where the chef explains the menu in the middle of the restaurant with a microphone. Not very personalized, forgot to talk to us between services, a bit chaotic. The dishes are good, but not an out-of-the-ordinary dining experience. The price, however, is… $1116 for 3 people for the food and wine pairing. Not very attentive service, I asked for a latte at the end of the evening and was told that their machine was closed, so she offered me a filter coffee… coffee that I never received because the staff was busy taking shots at the bar at the end of the shift (and we were no longer the last customers in the restaurant, it was 11 p.m.). They didn't bother to ask us what our experience was like, they weren't interested. I left bitter with the impression of having been cheated. It’s sad I think, it was a matter of local pride which unfortunately fell victim to its reputation and they inflated the prices unreasonably. I will unfortunately not go back there.

An unforgettable night! It’s difficult to name a favorite dish because they were all divine! And above all the warm and fun atmosphere, it feels like a big family dinner in a chalet. I have eaten at several fine dining restaurants and really found this one unique!

We had the chance on May 24 to go to Chez St-Pierre.
What happiness, WOW!!!
Let us hope that Madame St-Pierre will offer us the same experience for the 2025 season.
We wish him the best in all his projects.

An experience in itself. Madame Saint-Pierre must inspire a whole new generation of chefs.

Dinner at St-Pierre’s was a very pleasant and very disconcerting experience! The chef was able to take us elsewhere, highlight local products, raise awareness about food waste and share her professional journey.
Quebec products were in the spotlight: the superb Bine with balsam fir emulsion, the compostable risotto with a beautiful chlorophyll color, the well-flambéed blood dessert, wow what a delight!
Furthermore, no Canadian wine or Quebec cider appeared on the wine list, only wines from abroad. However, with global warming, Western Canada and even certain Quebec vineyards are producing excellent products!
And if your health does not allow you to take alcohol, no alternative was suggested.
Despite this downside, if we have the opportunity, we will probably return. Good continuity.

Magnificent experience at Saint-Pierre! The quality of the dishes, the multitude of flavors, the originality and creativity behind each service was astounding! The food and wine pairings were more than successful, the rhubarb spritz was a real delight!
Special mentions to the redfish in escabeche, to the halibut dish in all its work with its corn puree, its chanterelles, trumpets of death, etc, etc. Definitely our favorite dish of the evening!

I ordered a large fries with ketchup. The total was $17.25. It's laughing at people charging this price. Inflation is not 500%, a bag of potatoes costs $4.

Fabulous canteen!
I have been a regular customer of this place for a long, long time!
A time when it was not necessary to book to go there!
My rating has always been 5/5.
Today I have to give it a 3/5.
Questionable value for money.
An incentive to take the wine pairings questionable.
My last meal was very very average for certain items on the menu.
A regional ham dish that I would describe as very, very average and a celery risotto that seemed closer to a poorly spiced soup than an original veggie risotto contributed to the rating I give today.
My hope is that this last experience is just an accident….
