I find my experience with this fish store quite mixed. On the one hand, the choice is excellent and the products are good. On the other hand, the service remains to be desired. I explain - during the holidays, going to buy oysters, I asked to explain the difference between the kinds (price varying from $2 to $4). I was told - there is no real difference, they are all salty. The difference will only be visible to those in the know. Ehh ok. Another example - frequent problems on prices. A skate wing tags like frozen king crab paste. A ray tagged $18/lb and $85/kg in fridge (do the math). In short, it breaks trust a little. Other than that, there are few smiles from the employees, probably reserved for regulars. I am changing fish stores to have a better customer experience.

Delicious fresh or smoked salmon for sushi or tartare. The service is awesome: helpful and knowledgeable.
The products are excellent and quality. The smoked salmon is 10/10.In addition, the service I recently had for salmon tartare was unbeatably professional. My 5 year old daughter was even treated to a lobster dance. It's almost better than the aquarium as entertainment! Finally, Argentinian shrimp are a must for your raclettes and fondues. Well done guys!
