Only French people welcome,,,if you not French people then no respect and no body talk to you..I’m waiting my order nobody care .but when french guy enter in store thay give him food quick,,what I’m still waiting my food,,,,,,its cool???

I ordered take out, one teen combo and 3 extra teen burgers. I asked for them all with just 4 toppings. The previous customer was dealing with a mistake and having a heated discussion with the employee and then the manager. I quietly checked my order upon receiving it and noticed all 4 burgers were wrong. They replaced them, with all 4 burgers being wrong again. I didn’t want the scene to escalate again, so I just left.

Normally A&W is a better experience than some of the other fast food locations. I like A&W because of the quality ingredients.
At this particular location (this time) service was substandard with the food being warm

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the A&W restaurant in Les Cèdres on February 10 at 1:00 p.m. I ordered two Buddy Burgers for $5.98 each and asked for extras (all dressed and tomato salad). However, I was charged $3.00 for a slice of tomatoes and 1/4 salad leaf, which I find exorbitant.

When I asked to see the manager to express my dissatisfaction, I was greeted in a rude and disrespectful manner. The manager told me that if I couldn't afford to go to the restaurant, I should just not come and that he was the one who set the prices. I find this unacceptable and contrary to customer service standards.

As a result, I will never return to this restaurant and I advise everyone to do the same. It is important to respect customers and offer them quality service. Unfortunately, this is not what I experienced at the A&W restaurant in Les Cèdres.
