Stopped for a coffee tonight on my way home and although the drive thru took a while comes to find out there were only two of them on the floor they were both super sweet had smiles on their faces and were very polite

J'aime beaucoup le Tim horton, par contre quand j'arrive, il reste rarement beaucoup de choix de beigne. Je pense aussi qu'il devrait faire leur déjeuner tout la journée. Je viens de changer ma note pour le service, nous avons commandé, notre commande était prête depuis au moins 10 minutes mais la serveuse ne nous a pas averti. Je recommande

I went inside to order. I had a large coffee and a box of 10 Timbits. I went out and the coffee was cold. I went back to exchange it. It was lucky that I didn't hit the road immediately. In addition, the reception counter was very dirty. I almost left my order and got a refund. It's very disappointing and not appetizing. I don't feel like going back there.

Ridiculously long wait time to order. 12 people in line and only one person taking orders. Ordered a chicken soup and a steeped tea. Pretty sure it was dried soup to which they added lukewarm water. It was disgusting and went in the garbage. The bread they served with it was actually one of their dry tea biscuits. They had no steeped tea. If they hadn't had so many people waiting, I would have given it all back. As it was, I dumped everything in the garbage and vowed to never return. Shame on you Tim Hortons management!
