My wife and I discovered Au Grain de Folie in Lévis, Quebec, completely by chance. We hadn’t made a reservation—we just saw the great reviews and decided to take a shot. When we arrived, they told us they were fully booked and only accepted reservations. But just as we were about to leave, the staff kindly offered us a spot at the tabletop, which gave us a front-row view of the magic happening...

We had an unforgettable gourmet evening thanks to the fabulous chef Claudine and her entire team. Attentive, attentive service, with lots of warmth and pleasure! Tasty, varied and hearty dishes where sharing is at the heart of the experience. A discovery for us which will certainly become essential in our future restaurant outings!
