I door dashed from this location this morning and half my order was missing. Also, I received a can of 7-Up, not the iced tea that I ordered.

So many gluten free options. The service was excellent. I really enjoyed my experience. Big thank you for making the effort to speak English given my family and I don’t speak French. I would definitely go back.

Superb lunch in the downtown area of Lévis, the atmosphere at Ben & Flo is really friendly and the service is super good! We had superb lunch casseroles which were served to us with a superb fatty Hollandaise sauce! The meats were cooked to perfection and then the potatoes were well seasoned! Thank you very much at Ben & Florentine President-Kennedy! I give you a 4 star rating!

No problem with the service but the food was really average as seen with the waitress. The avocado was black on my plate, my child's chocolate donuts were charred, the fruit was not ripe and the coffee tasted like water... disappointing
