Souvent des oublis dans le sac lors des commandes take-out, en restaurant j'ai toujours eu une bonne expérience. Dans les 2 situations, le service est toujours #1, les serveuses sont souriantes et sympathiques. Le restaurant est fraîchement rénové et très propre.

Une fin de semaine sur 2 mes oeufs sont pétés, mes patates pleine de jaune... lorsqu on demande des oeufs tournée c est pour avoir le jaune coulant mais seulement lorsqu on le mange!! Mettre une pelleter de patate par dessue des oeufs tournée dans un plat pour apporter...c est certain que les oeufs sa resiste pas longtemp! Manque pt de formation... mais très décu!

Disappointment at my lunch on March 6, 2024. I was refused a “junior” meal because their policy is that it is reserved for under 10s! I insist on a smaller plate because I’m not hungry enough for an “adult”! Refusal. I explain that there will be waste and that this is not acceptable. The waitress can't do anything about it!It’s similar to lunches at McDonald’s a few years ago, served only before 11 a.m.Restaurant chains want $$ and not food impact and customer needs.

Very disappointed...I am a regular customer but if Nicolas....I havevery poorly eaten...cold potato. Bacon lasts..no coffee stove. It's sure you won't do anything but still one less customer...this is the time. In addition I told the waitress and no apology or offer. I had lunch in this restaurant and I can only warmly recommend it. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional, attentive service, which set the table for a most pleasant experience as I asked for another table in a better location as it was right next to the kitchen and I could not arrive not to hear my partner speak who did not flinch to change tables for us. The quality of the food was according to our expectations, well presented dishes and maple flavors to sweeten the mouth, which awaken the taste buds. As for the prices, they were quite reasonable considering the quality of the dishes and the service. This restaurant offers excellent value for money. I look forward to my next visit!

My problem with the place is that some of the employees have a memory of the people they served in the past, and it is to their detriment. When two waitresses talk behind customers' backs, it's tough. I did not. Not to mention that my last lunch was served with fries at 7:45am rather than potato wedges.... no really. the decaf is never ready when I go to lunch, so I always wait at least 10 minutes before a decaf coffee. normal? Don't be in a hurry.
