Impeccable service. Not very tender piece of meat and very small portion. For $40 I expect to have more than 7 small slices of meat, a few strips of carrots and 6 chopped potatoes... Too bad because the taste was there but phew it's clearly not worth the price. I don't think I'll go back there, I'll spend $150 elsewhere in the future. Sorry.

Une superbe découverte ! Le Bistro Évolution porte bien son nom : une cuisine raffinée, des produits frais et une carte qui évolue au fil des saisons. L’ambiance est chaleureuse, le service impeccable et l’équipe aux petits soins. Un lieu à ne pas manquer pour les amateurs de bonne cuisine. Je recommande sans hésiter et reviendrai avec plaisir !

To be frank I expect much better than that. As soon as we entered, we didn't feel any particular atmosphere. No music, maybe too bright. Which does not contribute to us feeling good and comfortable. The plates are not very plentiful and uneven in the sense that depending on what you choose you will barely be satisfied or you will leave feeling extremely hungry. I had a very good foie gras starter and in line with its price of $18. On the other hand, the octopus... what a shame it is breaded and
Fried because it tasted like grilled fried food. It could have been chicken or something else, it would have tasted the same and quantity-wise, a scandal. 2 small tentacles on an apparently homemade and succulent hummus but nothing more! My colleague had a steak that he wanted blue but the waitress told him that as it was cooked sous vide it was impossible and that it would be rare. As a result it was limited to medium and not toasted, what a shame! However, there is a good effort put into the revisited crème brûlée but too far from the original to call it that. In the end, a bill that was too high, an almost non-existent atmosphere, very good service but dishes that often did not live up to expectations.

Excellent choice for a family lunch with 30 guests. The Bistro team did a remarkable job from the oysters to the digestives. Delicious dishes with stunning visual presentation. Excellent private import wine list at super reasonable prices. Looking forward to coming back!!!

Nice restaurant. No atmosphere the Thursday evening we went. Charcuterie and cheese platter ok. The nuts were soft, so a bit unpleasant. The dish of cavatelis with mushrooms and grapes is correct, nothing more. A little too simple, add raw grapes cut in half and a few raw cherry tomatoes. It lacks work and refinement. They would benefit from refining the dishes better.

It's our last night in town and we were fortunate enough to stumble onto this restaurant and end our trip with a lovely meal. It was a little ways from our hotel but so worth the trip!

Our server easily switched to English, and was attentive and professional. We highly recommend the polenta nachos. We all had different large plates and they were beautifully presented and delicious.

Vegetarian options: Not as much as we were lead to believe. My son's girlfriend had the cavatelli which was very filling and delicious, but a second choice would be good.
