I love this place but unfortunately they are a victim of their success... This lunch, simple order, sandwich with salad and drink. The perfect drink as always. The sandwich....after 20 minutes of waiting, I ask if they forgot me because 7-8 customers who ordered after me were served...obviously the answer is "you are next". I finally leave with my sandwich (Take out) only to find myself with the wrong sandwich and cold.... Extremely disappointed. Honestly it's enough to make me want to go somewhere else at dinner time.

Malheureusement la propriétaire est très désagréable!!! Vient voir une petite fille de 12ans avec sa bouteille de biosteel vide pour faire la morale qu’elle ne veut plus voir cela “dans SON café” ! Expliquant qu’elle est vide et en s’excusant pour le désagrément, je lui indique que je comprends parfaitement et qu’elle va la jeter. Elle continue à être désagréable et usant un ton condescendant! On va se calmer et relativiser ma chère dame! :) C’est dommage j’appréciais grandement l’endroit puis j’y passais quotidiennement pour prendre un café et de quoi à emporter avant de débuter ma journée. Première fois que je reste sur place et voilà! Envie d’encourager des entreprises Locales au lieu de partir dans de grandes bannières mais malheureusement il faut mieux traiter sa clientèle. Gros non pour ma part! Je ne recommande pas! En tant qu’entrepreneur il faut apprendre à se contrôler et rester lucide. Vous faites affaire avec votre clientèle et non pas vos amis/ enfants ou autre. Il faut rester aimable ma chère! :) On contrôle nos sautes d’humeur, nos frustrations et on mets un beau petit masque professionnel pour le service client! Je suis certaine que vous le demandez à votre équipe mais ça s’applique à vous également! ;) En espérant que cet avis fasse un petit bout de chemin dans votre tête!
