“We went there for dinner and we were very surprised. No errors in our orders (this is rare in fast food restaurants) and there was what was needed for a baby: high chair, bib and even a bayront with activities.
The food was good and fresh.
Kid-friendliness: Clean high chairs, bib and activity mat.“

“Once there was a waitress who dropped my burger on the floor and gave it back to me and she emptied the trash and she doesn't know how to wash her hands it wasn't very clean but otherwise other than that the service is still good but as far as the kitchen is concerned it's at the level uh for the burger there it escaped my burger on the floor that's it“

“This was my first experience with Canadian fast food. I've got to say that it was actually pretty good. I tried the le squick burger d'alexis, which was a bacon burger with cheese curds and chipotle sauce. It was surprisingly good. Since I didn't really know what to expect, I also ordered classic poutine and it was also good. The portions were very good considering I ordered the bébé size. The cheese curds were squeaky in the burger and poutine, so they were fresh. I'll probably try something different next time, just because I like trying new foods.“

“When I have a taste for a good poutine, and I often do, Ashton is one of the best restaurants in Quebec to satisfy this type of craving. Try an extra sausage with your poutine, it's sensational! This Ashton is well maintained and the staff are friendly.“

“We'd just arrived to Quebec City and we're looking forward to giving Chez Ashton a try. Poutine was great and the staff were friendly. In fact, they handled a very delicate situation with grace and ease when someone entered the store experiencing a mental health crisis. They kept her safe AND the customers safe. Great cheese curds on the poutine!!“

“For the complainers... Ashton always has good poutine. I love him. It is definitely THE poutine to try for the first time. It is a reference, then you can compare to others. I would like that with the new owners, they would revamp the restaurants which let's say it... are sorely lacking in love now. However, I hope the prices won't increase if they revamp it because it's made it extremely expensive for a poutine.“

“Nice place, I like it, and the food is good as usual, being a regular at Ashtons. It's a very busy restaurant so expect some action late in the evening, I always look forward to seeing who runs through the second door... :DOn the other hand, parking is not free... too bad.“

“I rarely comment on my experience but today I do because I rarely have such good service. Super nice service when ordering, but after a small mistake the cook/Mathieu comes out of the back of the restaurant to come in a few seconds when I come back with my sandwich, makes it again and even brings it to me with a big smile. He has the right to a raise, if we talk about employing devote wow! Thank you so much“
