This restaurant has already been an institution and a source of pride in St-Etienne, we have frequented it for years. Following a mediocre experience a few months ago, we took a break. Today, we decided to give them another chance in memory of the good old days! A disaster, incomplete order, quality of food has dropped drastically for a price that has exploded. And when I called to check for errors the employee responded in such a cavalier manner that we are going to permanently close this business.

I was looking for some pinball before my flight and found this gem. The atmosphere is pretty nice, very clean, open window into the kitchen and modern bathroom. I ordered a poutine and then spent maybe 2h playing their large collection of stern pinball. They are all in great shape and upgraded with stern connect. The owner even upgraded the machines with art blades or mirror blades. I was impressed Prices are $1-1 or $2-3plays.
The owner was very welcoming to me asking what brought me there and understood my bad french. The server did a great job with his English.

I have not visited this restaurant. I intended. I took the time to read the customer comments but especially the response coming from management. To have a business you have to know how to juggle customer comments, whether they are positive or not. When a customer dares to criticize, they generally receive a very negative, even insulting, response. There are ways to ensure that your establishment grows from these reviews. Believe me... I have had a business in the same field for 15 years. Keep in mind that potential future customers read these responses and it leaves the impression that if we don't like it it's better to keep it to ourselves. Unfortunately it doesn't work like that in the field. Best wishes.
