Overall, the food was good. Service was okay. We walked in, and the cashier/cook was on his phone sitting at a table. He took our order and processed to do our food. While we ate in, we sat in the back, we could see him slightly, and he was sitting playing on his phone and cleaning his nails it seemed to be. Moments before me finish eating, he came out and started to put the things away in the kitchen without washing his hands ?
