You cannot make me think they do not have the time to answer the phone between the hours of 11pm to 1am. I get that it’s late but for a 24 hours location they should be able to pick up the damn phone. I have been trying to call for a few days and not once did anyone answer. Don’t waste your time

Rotten service. It's been several times that they take my accumulated points and tell me that nothing has been entered and that they can't do anything!! Misery ! And should we shut up and accept without flinching? Wow minute thing, lift your behind and go check on the girl who takes our orders and makes us pay with broken French which is not her mother tongue before telling us that you can't do anything even though you are the manager. I owe you nothing and I'm not going to give in to you because employees with their hands full of thumbs are destroying our service. And what's more, it takes a long time to collect your McDonald's points.
