Very good, crispy. We enjoyed spending time there. The staff is good, we don't have much to complain about our stay at this Mr. Puffs.

Please note that it is better to eat them quickly otherwise they become soft and are less pleasant to eat. We always take “Bueno” they are our favorite.

We waited 20 minutes (there was no one other than us...) to get a mocha iced coffee and 1 box of Mr. Puff.
We are served iced coffee... Hot!
The person didn't know it was cold.
He makes us another one and we leave with the cold drink in our hands and the box.
We leave (too late to turn around) and after 4-5 sips we notice that there is nothing left to drink. We move the foam above a little, and then we notice that the mocha is full... So many ice cubes.
$5.5 for ice cubes... Unacceptable!!
The person seemed new, there is no supervision/training?? (He was the only one working in the store)

I tried their Puff yesterday for the first time. Honestly, I really didn't like the texture, it looks like rubber... My best friend told me the same thing. I would never buy one again.

The food is excellent and their service too, the store is very beautiful, just one small thing is that the prices are a little expensive but otherwise it's perfect, I recommend!
