I had a very disappointing experience here. The food was terrible and the customer service was just as bad. The rice on my shawarma plate was half-cooked, and the meat was underdone and lacked flavor. I also ordered a shawarma wrap — it was honestly awful, with barely any meat and mostly filled with cabbage.

This was my first time trying shawarma in Quebec, and it was a horrible experience. I’m from Ontario where shawarma places are usually amazing, but this one was extremely disappointing. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it or go back again.

Best potatoes ever! I loved that they served Lebanese rice pilaf with the shawarma platter. Will definitely recommend this place to whoever wants to get their shawarma fix 😍

Excellent restaurant, extremely well maintained and the food was splendid, plus expeditious service. My only criticism would be to reduce the tipping suggestions at the counter, they are exaggerated for fast food.

Planned to eat inside. Entered with 4 people and a small doggy. People at the counter obviously saw us: they said “how cute” or something like that. We ordered — they asked: “for here or to go?” And we said “for here”. But when she sat at the table they said “you can’t eat inside with a dog”. Dog was already inside and was way closer to the kitchen when we were at the counter, then when we are sitting. We had to ask to pack it to go and eat it in our car next to the place. Which was very hard with the dog that wants to eat everything around. Also it turned out that the “pita” we ordered was not the pita that we got in our order and when we shared that, they said it is the other “pita”. They did not specify that there are several types of pita when we said “pita”.

Food was not very fresh, it was only satisfactory.

Overall, disappointed, went to Boustan specifically instead of other fast food chains on our long road trip.

But I guess chains don’t care anymore.
