It was just a perfect evening, with friends. Friendly welcome, incredible service! We are asked if we want an aperitif, if we want some time before ordering, and we are given recommendations according to our tastes. The waiter knows the menu very well and knows how to describe it to us while making our mouths water. A little humor through it all. We feel privileged! And what about the food, it's always divine: the mixture of flavors and textures! And when we have finished eating and paying, we still talk and we don't feel rushed.
This was my 2nd experience and it won't be the last. I'm still looking for a fault with my evening yesterday and I can't find one!

As a starter, the onion soup was way too salty. The main course, steak, was very good and cooked perfectly. The dessert, brownie, was rather disappointing. It was dry and not very tasty. On the other hand, my husband ordered the chocolate mousse, a chef's special, this dessert was fantastic!

Nous avons été impressionné par la qualité sans faute de chaque étape de notre expérience. Le choix d’entrées toutes plus alléchantes les unes des autres ! Fraîcheur, qualité des produits provenant majoritairement du coin. Le serveur a été d’un professionnalisme incomparable. La carte des vin, vraiment impressionnante! Même les toilettes sont impeccables! Merci l’Intimiste et à bientôt !

Make sure you have a reservation. We where lucky they had a table left at 5:45 pm.... Atmosphere and decor was clean and classic, you will feel under dressed in jeans and a t-shirt.
Service was friendly and impeccable. They love what they do and it shows. If your mouth waters reading the menu, you are going to drool when the food shows up.
Will be going again to try other items.
Parking: Beautiful location in the old part of town, there for not much parking, but the walk will help you digest the luxurious meal.
