I would give 0 if it was possible. We wait for 25 minutes, my ev had time to charge. no waitress came to see us. We just left. Worst service I never saw

We ordered vegetarian food. We told them we are pure vegetarian. They put pepperoni in it. We called manger to show that. She said it’s not big deal. We have big kitchen.

Ordered at 5:00 p.m. delivered at 6:00 p.m. everything was cold missing a poutine received a thigh instead of a breast!! Make a complaint at 6:51 p.m. we will take care of you as quickly as possible!!! Second delivery 8:25 p.m. Oufff never could 😡😡😡

Normandin avenue Taniata, I specify because I have not had this kind of bad experience at other Normandin. The Chinese fondue pizza on delivery, my girlfriend did not check the contents on delivery. the delivery man might well have laughed out loud when he left our house. the pizza was spilled. All the filling was in the bottom of the box. This experience adds to a dinner in the dining room without service, table d'hôte with goose pâté and a beer. we left with a bill of almost $100 for the contents of a child's plate. Now I think the weather will have to be bad for me to return to this Normandin. I recommend doing a little more mileage and going elsewhere.

We had a confirmed reservation for 9 people, and when we arrived there, we were told that the restaurant was full. Luckily, they were able to seat us in the bar. The meal was satisfactory for the price.
