Ordered at 5:00 p.m. delivered at 6:00 p.m. everything was cold missing a poutine received a thigh instead of a breast!! Make a complaint at 6:51 p.m. we will take care of you as quickly as possible!!! Second delivery 8:25 p.m. Oufff never could 😡😡😡

Normandin avenue Taniata, I specify because I have not had this kind of bad experience at other Normandin. The Chinese fondue pizza on delivery, my girlfriend did not check the contents on delivery. the delivery man might well have laughed out loud when he left our house. the pizza was spilled. All the filling was in the bottom of the box. This experience adds to a dinner in the dining room without service, table d'hôte with goose pâté and a beer. we left with a bill of almost $100 for the contents of a child's plate. Now I think the weather will have to be bad for me to return to this Normandin. I recommend doing a little more mileage and going elsewhere.

We had a confirmed reservation for 9 people, and when we arrived there, we were told that the restaurant was full. Luckily, they were able to seat us in the bar. The meal was satisfactory for the price.

The portion of spaghetti au gratin is very disappointing. The waitress was smath, but we won't be back. There are other options on the road.

We never go wrong with this restaurant chain and what's more, it reminds me of the old restaurant chains we had in the 80s-90s, which are no longer....where we feel at home ☺️
