I went to this Subway on February 6, 2025, around 12:50 p.m. There was only one employee, a young man, who served a customer before me. He didn't greet me, but hey, that's not dramatic.

What bothered me was that he handled the cash register with his gloves on. First of all, it's not ideal, but I tell myself that he will change them before making my order.

Except no. He starts preparing my sandwich with the same gloves. It annoys me a little, but I tell myself I'll get over it.

He takes his time, it's really long, but it's at the checkout that it gets ruined. He takes off his gloves... but then he sniffs and wipes his nose with his hand, then immediately touches the cash register. Clearly, this checkout is zero hygienic and he just made my sandwich with gloves with which he had just touched the checkout.

While remaining polite, I tell him that I don't want it anymore, that he hasn't changed his gloves, that it's not acceptable, etc. He remains frozen, a little lost. The manager, who was right next door and had heard everything, did not react. I had to emphasize the unacceptable aspect to get a reaction and for her to finally offer to redo my order. It should have been a reflex, an automatism.

In the end, they make my sandwich again and I pay. The terminal that asks for a tip right after that… It’s average in the circumstances!

Changing your gloves between the checkout and the food is the basics. I am perhaps more sensitive than others about hygiene issues...

I live very well with what I don't see in restaurants, but there, no.

I went to this Subway for dinner on a Friday evening and was very satisfied. I ordered a 6 inch and received superb service. Félix was the employee who served me and I was surprised by his kindness and welcoming personality. He welcomed me with a big smile and made me a 10/10 Sandwich.

I am extremely angry and disappointed with the service I received this evening. I had a 6 inch delivered, super basic, very simple. I take the trouble to NOT order with onions because I'm very allergic! And surprise when I received my meal, I realized that it was filled with onions, so I couldn't eat it! I have my invoice and it doesn't say "onion" anywhere. So a $10 in the trash.
