Placed an order for pick up for three toasted subs all on different types of bread and all came as regular which wasn't even one of the kids I selected. They were also untoasted .

Staff also forgot to put utensils in bag for the other part of the order as well.

Very disappointed to find this out after getting back to our place of stay.

Absolutely wouldn't recommend doing any ordering ahead as this seems to be a trend from this store based on prior reviews I read.

Ordered sub on app, when I got there they told me they didn’t have my meat option, so I provided another, they came back 5 minutes later and said they didn’t have that either so I asked for my money back , they said no, then I asked for a gift card in compensation and they said no. They told me to take my receipt to a different subway to have made and so I even tried doing that and they wouldn’t do anything for me at that subway so I i am currently disputing the charges with my bank

I've never waited so long in a Subway and I'll spare you the 1 hour wait by Über
If you want Subway, drive a little further and go to another one.

I went to this subway restaurant, he served me a torn loaf of bread, it gave me a utensil to eat a submarine, he no longer had a fountain drink, the lady stood back, this fly and played in the nose after touch feeds them without even this disgusting hand washing

Disgusting cold table. Hygiene to be reviewed..I asked the clerk if he was ready for constructive criticism. So I told him that it was really not attractive and they justified it by saying that they had a lot of people.and told me to go see Ayeure and ran away. Lack of stock. Impolite. Being a chef by trade I allowed myself to say but his ego came to his head. Poor customer service and politeness to be reviewed as well as stock management in the cold table to be reviewed for sure. For me, no more subway president kennedy. You lost me.

I come home this morning at 7:41 a.m., it opens at 7:30 a.m. and the “Open” is on. The girl tells me that it opens at 8 a.m. and that she can't serve me before that? Why then is the door unlocked and the “open” sign lit? I sometimes go there on Sunday morning, but it wasn't the girl I like who often serves me. I went to Tim's next door! Disappointing..
