Levis Quebec location Friday Jan 2 , 930 pm, huge attitude on young male worker, how dare I come in and want to order a sandwich to go within 30 minutes of closing ad he in rush obviously to leave right at 10pm, crazy ignorant serving while im spend 30$ at subway, young couples just sitting in side store on a cold night on their phones ordering nothing but im the problem wanting to spend money close to him going home. Seemed like a huge burden then once sandwich made he ignored me for 5 minutes and went to serve another customer while I waited to pay, finally another employee came to cash me out. Who knows how long he was going to leave me there, if there would of been other choices near by to eat I would of walked out while he made me wait to pay. Terrible service, ive never experienced that before at subway anywhere .

Extremely disappointed in this subway. The service is absolutely horrible. Walked in and had to call out to be served. Then when we ordered, the vegetables and other pieces of the sub were literally thrown in. The worker also started complaining to their coworker in french thinking we wouldnt understand but we could. And as the customer it was very upsetting because they were complaining about how difficult our food was to make and how they didn't want to make it. Would not recommend at all and it is so much better to just go to the surrounding resturants. Will not return.
Unfortunately after 7 p.m. they no longer have any kind of bread

Very ordinary order. In fact, no way. Take my order halfway, don't stop putting me on hold. Currently I have a Sandwich made from bread that is so dry that it makes noise when you bump it. Italian herbs and cheese. I don't even have any sauce in my sandwich and I specified extra sauce so I don't have any. I have onions even though I didn't ask for onions, it disgusts me. At 20.35 for a sandwich it seems to me that it is the least we can do to pay the minimum. The paper to wrap my submarine didn't roll well so half had to be spilled into the brown paper bag.
No napkins, no pay, no invoice, a drink not even filled properly. 3 tomatoes in a 12-inch. NO SERVICE!!!!

Ps, tell your employees that it's rude to place the payment terminal in the window before even saying hello to the customer. I paid in money. He took away my things. At that price I would have had better service at the restaurant.
I couldn't even eat my $15 soud marin because the bread is too dry, I have onions even though I don't like it, no sauce inside, almost no condiment since everything has to flow.
Hello, I went to Subway this afternoon and I asked for a combo with the liquor.. I ASKED FOR A BOTTLE. I HAD A GLASS. I asked the young man there again for them, he told me that I had to pay extra. I PAYED! (I was on a scooter) I was careful as I took out the bag to tear. I left everything there and I'm going to ask for a refund. He said to me (don’t know our problem) YES IT’S YOURS I ASKED FOR A BOTTLE! Don't come there! I spent $20 on fire!

Hello, the service was very slow, yet 3 people were at the service and no cars at the drive-thru.
When our turn comes, no hello, just "what's that for you?" from the clerks.
None of the clerks had a hair or beard net, nor an apron, nor a name tag, and one of them worked in shorts.
Gloves are never changed even after being back, at the checkout or after unpacking a cardboard box.
The customer before us had so much ham in his submarine that there wasn't even room for vegetables (he didn't ask for double or triple meat though).
My friend's submarine was really awful, plus the submarines were left in the white preparation paper.
No smile, no politeness.
Having worked as a manager in another Subway with drive-thru, I would never have accepted all of this from my employees.
No standards are respected here.

Endless delays, said there was not enough space at the counter to make my subs at the same time due to a large order at the drive-thru, so my subs which were supposed to be hot because they were grilled in the oven ended up dry and cold, the counter was dirty , the salad we don't even talk about it, I felt that I was disturbing with my specific requests for each of my subs… total disappointment!!! I will not return to this branch, that's for sure.

Two 12-inch full filled with vegan patties, really good and not too much sauce as requested! The employees were very nice and efficient! I even called to congratulate them!

On this beautiful sunny Sunday, 03/24/2024 at 3:20 p.m. we stopped on our way for a little lunch. As much as the food was okay, the atmosphere that reigned was at CH*É. The young man seemed overwhelmed and that I can understand why I gave 2 stars for the service, but if I only had to evaluate the young lady who served us returned to the cash register who spoke to us as if we were disturbing her with his abrupt gestures and his smile which was non-existent to say the least, the score would have been zero! But we don't have the option. The day being so beautiful I understand that they would probably have been happier as a family at the sugar shack, but too bad that's not always life. Put a smile on your face if you want to be bold enough to ask for a tip! Above, have a good day gang!
