I ordered the Valentine's Day special to bring on February 14th. When we got home, we noticed that we didn't have the starter and dessert. Working in customer service myself, I told myself that before giving a negative review I would call the next day to explain the situation and find common ground in my good graces. I was not able to speak to any manager so I left a message for the employee to tell his boss to call me back. A week later: no news. So I subsequently wrote to customer service on their website to be able to get a response. We made it to March and still nothing. I find the lack of follow-up on their part deplorable. We are not talking about a snack bar service here but rather a business that sells boxes of sushi for $100 very disappointed with the situation, with the competition and the market which continues to grow in 2025 it would be more than normal to try to keep its customers... I will unfortunately buy from the competition in the future. Great lack of professionalism!

I ordered a tuna poke bowl. The sides of the poke were very good. However, the tuna itself was very "stiff". Very difficult to chew and therefore not very good. For the price, I felt expected better.

2 hours of waiting to have our order canceled without any information. After several attempts to call with no answer (the person picked up the line and hung up) we finally spoke to a particularly stupid sushiman.
The worst sushi. Not flavor, old ingredients. 3 rolls of fried sushi( no everyone likes this) personality I find it disgusting🤮. And the other rolls are filled with fried shrimp and brown avocado. I would not recommend ordering from this place.

No variety, 15 fried pieces on an order of 25. No discussion possible to accommodate. We see that there is no love in these sushi. Smaller, mediocre and less well-made sushi than those from the grocery store.
Go spend your money with a competitor in Lévis to avoid disappointment.
Never again and we will recommend to all our loved ones to go elsewhere,

J'ai adoré les sushis et les employés sont vraiment gentils. Le seul problème, c'est qu'un vendredi soir, ils sont seulement 2 pour servir et faire les sushis. Cela cause du retard dans les commandes. La direction devrait envisager d'engager d'avantage d'employés dans les journées plus achalandés. Cela rendrait tout le monde plus satisfait et heureux.

I am extremely disappointed with my Sunday makifolie. I have been a fan of sushi taxis for several years but it has been twice in a row that the one in Lévis is not at all up to the standard of the taxi I know. Sushi made in advance, hard rice, browned avocados, lots of peppers, fried haddock, in short nothing to do with what I know of this banner, they ended up in the trash. Iga makes some of the best …that’s saying something, but the price is not the same! I won't go back there again.

Via Uber Eats – Classic Tuna Poké; Portion too small, too expensive for the content. Pay $6 more at Oeil du Dragon for 5x the quality and a portion that fills you up, it's worth it!
