I ordered the chicken bowl and they used the microwave to cook the chicken. They don’t care if you get sick and they do it on purpose. I need to complain this to the manager. All other Tim Hortons they cook the chicken in the oven. This is a health hazard issue that they don’t care about it and they will laugh while you tell them this. They changed my bowl and told me they don’t have chicken no more. They microwaved the chicken grill too and give it to me. If I get sick I will be complaining this to the health ministry because they will make a lot of people sick. I would go to another Tim Hortons if I were you. The manager need to watch there camera and see what they did around 10:30 pm. I will be here till the next day and will be reporting this if I get sick. Please watch your employees and see what there doing.

This is the second time I have had a bad experience at this establishment. The service is still poor: the employees are neither smiling nor professional. In addition, hygiene really leaves something to be desired. I was once again given my coffee with wet hands, without any precautions. Very disappointing!

Second use of the app and I ultimately find that I much prefer to only enter the branch and order in person by simply presenting my loyalty card (saved in the Google wallet). Faster and more efficient.

Observation, still regarding the app, it is unfortunately not constantly updated regarding the availability of the culinary offer of the targeted branch (see what follows).

Small discovery when I wanted to order a cream of broccoli which was no longer available. A Thai soup/cream that I really enjoyed (a nice little spice 🌶️ to taste) 😋!

Parking: Just be careful when going to the parking lot. It's a bit isolated and you'll probably have to pass trucks (heavy-duty trucks -- a truck stop and a gas station are there).
