This place used to be great, but now I feel like the place and the employees have been abandoned. I ordered a double double coffee around 5 p.m. The employee seemed exhausted and alone at work. He only had two cars. I received my coffee with two creams and one sugar. When I told him he had made a mistake, the employee gave me the missing sugar to add. I ignored it since he seemed to be the only person working. At that point, it was up for demolition like the rest of the buildings in the area.

The guy didn't build the Tim Bits box properly. The topping seeds "buried" into the "tank" through the bottom of the box during the trip... Well done, man!

Worse, Tim Horton's in Quebec, the food is not good and the wraps are all wrong!
Plus, you wait forever when you go to the drive-thru. Take notes on the Tim in St-Isidore, they are fast and efficient.

I arrive at the car service. Nobody answers me. I wait 1-2 minutes. I tell myself they are closed. I'm taking a chance. Hello. Hello. 2-3x. No answers. Finally someone answers me. Nonchalant. Yeah?? Uhhh hello I’m going to have a chicken ranch wrap…. Yeah…. Really don't like their approach. And very long service. No politeness or hello even at the window.

We ordered black teas and the employee said they didn't serve black tea. We said "Earl Grey" and she gave us green tea. When we wanted to pay with a gift card, she said “but what is that?”. Pretty stupid.

I went to this surcursale last week in the middle of the weekend (Sunday around 9 a.m.) there was only one customer at a table. At least 4 employees behind the counter, we were refused the special announced on TV, the tables and the floor very dirty, my friend was given a bucket of water with a rag in it following her complaint. NEVER again this TIM.

The bathrooms are always dirty and the floor is not often washed. The floor of the room is not often washed. The toilet paper is always broken and toilet paper is always left behind, therefore not hygienic.

It's Saturday, it's 12:15 p.m. Just one vehicle in front of us at the drive-thru... we received our order at 12:40 p.m.! I would also like to point out that there were no customers inside. In addition, I did not have confidence in the accuracy of our order (3 drinks + 3 sandwiches) and as a result there was an error in our order.... Usually I go to the tim which is approximately 2 km from yours (side of the highway) and there have always been served very quickly and never an order error. To be frank, almost every other time I came here there was an error and a very long waiting time... Too bad...

Not able to take my order on the direction of the world and very long waiting time. I arrived at the drive-thru at 12:00 p.m. and at 12:30 p.m. I received my order.

Club a la tim trio with potato wedges and iced coffee.

To my surprise, no Tim club in the bag.

I go inside to be told that I didn't order the sandwich (potato and coffee only).

They tell me that they are going to prepare the sandwich and that I have to go pay for it at the cash register. But I was never charged the price of the trio, instead I had to pay for the 3 separate items (more expensive than a trio) and the only response I got was: "it happens, it happens you have to live with it.”

Unfortunately with all this waiting, I didn't have time to persist... (some people have a job they like and don't want to be late)

No refund and I am charged more than expected. Too long wait time and poor food for the wait time.

This isn't the first time I've experienced poor service, but now it's gotten to the point where I'm charging too much and I can't just sit there and say nothing. Never again at Tim Horton's.
