All tim..service sucks, long, employees discussing among themselves and in no hurry to serve us?, not to mention the outdoor trash cans which are overflowing, when there are some... very disappointing because of the very long waiting time and expensive price for no freshness

I went to the drive-thru Saturday morning between 8:45 and 9:00, I ordered a Tim morning egg and bacon on English muffin and a fruit explosion muffin. After at least 10 minutes of waiting and a cashier who apologized at least 5 times telling me that they had a problem with the eggs, that it was poorly “handled” I received a sandwich with an English muffin “Frette”, limit still frozen. I told myself that if I didn't have to wait a really long time, I would have a sandwich "on the mark" but that was not my disappointment! I hesitated before deciding that I would only be wasting my time coming back to the restaurant given the service I received.

I am usually very patient and accommodating, but given the mediocrity of the food received, I felt obliged to communicate with you so that you can consider training your employees adequately or reviewing your organization of resources for the morning rush !

For my part, it was the last time I spent at your restaurant.

when you want a BLT well it’s a BLT that I want but still lacks ingredients in it! For my part, it's over for me, I'm going to go to another Tim Horton....it's better to go 10 minutes longer to get what you order!

We arrive, the employees see us but don't serve us right away. When taking the order I repeated twice that I didn't want bacon in the end I ended up with bacon... in the middle of a rush I want to understand but we were the ONLY ones. Blasé employee we had the impression of disturbing them, it's UNALLOWABLE and burnt fries, cold hamburger... in short, to RUN AWAY.

I don't know if it's this Tim Horton's that's cursed because it always goes well elsewhere, but this time, at this place, I had a London tea without sugar or milk even though it's made only with tea, milk, sugar. The journey before was told in another story.
