Staff is CONSISTENTLY rude aside from one very considerate older lady. It gets especially bad during winter when most of their good staff returns to their schooling.
Now you must understand; this is not necessarily the staff's fault themselves. They are underpaid & overworked by this God awful company. PLEASE pay your employees more so you can retain people who are better ambassadors to your business.
The toilets are also pretty gross.

There was a young girl wearing glasses. I came at 9:30 and there was 30 minutes still. But she declined to take the order of pizza saying that she is closing and cannot put it in the oven. The management should look into this kind of poor and very unprofessional attitude. I was really hungry and wanted to have it. But she just straight out declined to take the order.

I received, once again, the wrong order. Despite being told what I got and that it is what is written on the order screen, I did not receive what I wanted. I paid for pumpkin muffins, which are more expensive than the regular ones, and they gave me fruit muffins. The same thing happened to the customer right in front of me. She had ordered 2 large drinks and 2 medium ones were served to her. The young man was very friendly, but inattentive in respecting the order placed.

It’s really they don’t even count the customers they chat and the customers wait to get serving more than 15 minutes is really long, and the price is totally different compared to other TIMs, and they don't give the invoice?↕️?
