Allergy management a big zero! We order a submarine to bring, we are 20-25 minutes away. We order a sub with the mention 《mushroom allergy》When we arrive to eat it it has mushrooms, which my partner is allergic to with an epipen not an intolerance or a food taste...we remind them it tells us that the mushrooms are an extra and that we are already lucky not to have paid the extra...but we can't even eat them! When we speak to the manager he laughs on the phone and tells us there is nothing he can do about it. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone with allergies.

A very disappointing experience at Mikes

I ate at Mikes recently, and unfortunately, the experience was less than pleasant. I had requested a change in my dish, but the response I received from the manager was simply unacceptable. She informed me, in a very unpleasant manner, that if I wanted to change my dish, I would have to pay for both dishes.

The tone she used was harsh, with no respect for me as a customer. She even appeared in front of me with an unprofessional attitude, hands on hips, without any courtesy. His behavior was very disrespectful which completely ruined my meal.

As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect, and unfortunately this restaurant failed to meet that basic foundation. I do not recommend this place if you are looking for a minimum of professionalism and consideration.

Dropped in for a takeout. Ordered a Philly Steak small pizza and pasta; told that wait was about 20 mins. Gave 15% tips anyway, which is stupid of me: I got a pizza that was not sliced into smaller pieces. My bf had to tear the pizza himself. The pasta? I could've cooked the pasta better myself. Paid tips FOR NOTHING! But this is what you get when you're just in Levis for a layover during a road trip. NEVER GONNA PAY $$$ AT THIS PLACE AGAIN!

Hey, if you like to pay for overpriced mediocre food, then this is the place for you!

My partner orders a supposedly gluten-free pizza online and a fries listed as gluten-free on the menu. She calls the restaurant to make sure it is truly gluten free, is informed that the fries are cooked in the same fryer where the breaded foods are cooked (so there is cross contamination) and that the so-called pizza gluten-free is cooked in the same trays that were used to cook the pizzas with wheat flour crust (again cross-contamination! Really, well done!)
It's still incredible to realize that a restaurant like Mike's is not interested in the health of its customers who have food allergies that make them sick, and that this same organization wants to make a profit at the expense of health of its customers by displaying fraudulent and misleading information in its menu.

How can a major restaurant chain like yours care less about the health of its customers like that? It's simply stunning.

There was no manager on site to reimburse us for the order, plus the waitress left for 2 minutes in the back with the pizza to finally change her version of things and say that everything was correct. The two waitresses were giggling together when my partner left the restaurant and what's more, your bad pizza made her very ill. Everything these employees had to say about the lack of professionalism with the
food allergies is that it was “not their fault!” Bright!!

Worse still, the owner does not want to reimburse us!! Ashamed! “I’ve been in the restaurant business for 30 years, blah, blah, blah…”
