The place is amazing we finally have a Italian restaurant in the area of West ile perrot I went there I enjoyed myself the place is beautiful the food was delicious the service that people are so nice there but there's always a few clients that come and like to ruin a good restaurant everybody was having fun and then out of no particular reason I guess since the pandemic people forgot to be nice so I guess there's a lot of Kevin's and Karen's that was created think that they own the whole world demanding service right away like their movie stars is those people that ruin a good restaurant while I was there I saw customers that are not patient and everybody wants it now it doesn't work that way take the time to enjoy the atmosphere the food the nice people that are serving you Rome wasn't built in one day which is a blessing if you're going around criticizing restaurants and becoming difficult stay home and cook your own food God bless youxxParking: Always parking it's a shopping center parking there's no problem with parking lots of parking

I would definitely recommend Bistro Certo if looking to host a private event such as baby shower, baptism, etc. A huge thank you to the owners/staff for hosting my baby shower this past Sunday. I am still receiving messages from the guests about how impressive everything was! The food was very delicious, lots of variety and so fresh. What a lovely experience i had in this charming family owned restaurant!The food is great, the atmosphere is intimate, and the service efficient and friendly.I'm a really tuff to please and i have finicky taste, but they've won me over with a delicious selection of wonderful Italian homemade foods.The service was great and the staff was really friendly. Fantastic experience from start to finish! This family-run business is TRULY a rare gem in Ile-Perrot and especially in today's world of copy/paste food services. We had a reservation (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) as we had tried to get a reservation for several weeks but Saturdays are particularly packed. You also get to enjoy amazing live music with the accordion player Giovanni.We were immediately greeted at the door and seated at our reserved table. The menu choices are exquisite and many new options are available every weekend. We very much enjoyed the beef ossobuco with cavatelli pasta and the lobster pappardelle pasta... yum! My husband who is recently retired from the restaurant industry, kept telling me how this place is doing an awesome job at keeping up with service, the food quality and the price. You could pay over 3x more anywhere downtown!We also got to meet the owners as they are truly involved in every aspect of the business. They came to see us at our table as they do go around making sure that everyone is enjoying their experience.We can't say enough about Certo. We're already looking forward to our next visit. We will be back soon with friends who we've been telling about our awesome experience.

The food was mediocre at best and overpriced - they had increased the prices just in time for Valentine's Day. The kitchen can't keep up when the restaurant is full, so be prepared to wait for a long time. Avoid talking to the owner who needs to work on his communication and conflict-resolving skills.
