It's a nice place, the food was really good and the coupons are amazing, really clean even though we are in winter. The only thing was that the cashier was a bit rude but i really enjoyed my food

Really disappointing to have a hair in our hamburger and when we go to the front to change the sandwich we get an unpleasant response from the kitchen. To err is human and we understand that, but being courteous to customers would be essential.

The food tastes good but the drive-thru is hell………way too long.

The slowest "fast" food I've ever been to. I came back inside at 10:15 and was served at the counter at 10:30 even though there were only 2 people in front of me. The cashier walks from right to left instead of taking orders. There were no more than two orders on the screen at a time, so they literally prepared one order at a time. I finally left the restaurant with my order at 10:34. At least the food was good, but the wait was way too long.

They were very friendly, even though my phone started to act up and unfortunately took a little more time to get it to work to pay. They waited patiently and remained calm and polite. It's appreciated.

I can never get onion rings that follow the regular recipe. When I ask for a regular slice, I often don't have any spices at all or else the spices are all on a few slices and the others taste nothing... When I ask for extra spices it's the same thing... I don't Don't you dare ask for a regular, well-mixed puck when adding the spices... Because in my opinion that's the basis, right?!
