No salads, the remaining shawarma bun was scary, only one employee... we went to Boustan 300m away and it was so good
Very good service at Amir, clean and very generous portion. Fast service and good customer service. Thank you Mr. Hamza and for your staff too

The potatoes were cold and really not tasty, it was disgusting at the end because of the oil in the bottom… the shawarma meat was tough and the bread was really very dry and once again the taste was bad. was not there

I ordered a Shistaouk trio to go. The sandwich was practically empty. Mostly pita. The salad and potato containers were under filled. Over $50 for almost no food.
It was Sunday, mid afternoon.
The chicken is never ready for lunch. I think they don't open early enough, so when we get there the chicken is still boiled and not grilled.
Very kind and smiling staff

Extremely generous portions, delicious food (and we are picky eaters), fresh food and exceptional customer service! Thank you to the man who served us on Tuesday August 27 around 5:30 p.m. for paying such close attention to my non-common food allergies. I have rarely seen so much precaution. My partner and I will definitely return.
Dietary restrictions: Several choices despite my allergies to many spices and dietary restrictions.

I tried their chicken skewers family plate and I have to say that I was quite disappointed in the food. The chicken was very dry and the food was rather bland in terms of flavours. All the flavouring relied on their garlic sauce which is actually pretty good, but that sauce overpowers all the other flavours. I wish the chicken would be at least seasoned so that I can eat it by itself too. The rice was also lacking in flavours and so were the potatoes. The salad was on the other hand pretty good. I do have to admit that I did get quite a large amount of food for this family plate. It was around 60$ before tax and tips but the amount of food is enough for around 8 adults which is amazing. It is mostly potatoes and rice that fills you up quickly but I always find it so enticing seeing that much food in front of me.

Shistaouk pita lacks chicken, not bad, the tomatoes are miniature and their turnips are hard.
Excellent service
Atmosphere I would say that there are repairs to be made then straight away on returning big puddle of coke not collected and dried
When I arrived the employees were behind! Was he really busy? We don't know
