Generally love the food but the location is dirty and not inviting. They also appear to have an ant problem. It’s unfortunate. A bit more pride in the appearance and cleanliness would go a long way. Aside from that, the food is generally good and did not see any cleanliness issues in the food prep area that was visible to me.

No salads, the remaining shawarma bun was scary, only one employee... we went to Boustan 300m away and it was so good

The potatoes were cold and really not tasty, it was disgusting at the end because of the oil in the bottom… the shawarma meat was tough and the bread was really very dry and once again the taste was bad. was not there

I ordered a Shistaouk trio to go. The sandwich was practically empty. Mostly pita. The salad and potato containers were under filled. Over $50 for almost no food.
It was Sunday, mid afternoon.
The chicken is never ready for lunch. I think they don't open early enough, so when we get there the chicken is still boiled and not grilled.
