Avin Grill Restaurant is a gem with delicious and fairly priced food. The restaurant offers a nice decor inside with an homage to famous people on the walls, a black-centered atmosphere with hip hop music and art deco. The owner keeps this spot very clean. The Rwandan food menu is tasty, with the curry rice and fried plantains being very liked. The goat meat dish was a standout choice, while the chicken, fries, and pico impressed with great flavors. The chicken and beef brochette’s were great, with a preference for the chicken. The Sambusa’s were nice, delicious, well-seasoned, and crispy on the outside. The goat platter was also well seasoned, crispy yet moist, and the tilapia platter was served with fries and a delicious salad. The service was friendly, despite a minor wait for attention due to limited staff, but the well worth wait was rewarded with large portions. The owner also made cocktails that were very good. Avin Grill offers a fantastic dining experience at an affordable price and is highly recommended.
