We got the Jerk Chicken and Shrimp meal. Food was 10/10! Only thing is we had to wait a while but the food was hot and fresh. Highly recommend. Very large servings as well, well worth it.

The food felt filling but now heavy. The griot was juice and tender. I'm used to gamier and drier griot but this was mind blowing. The rice was also an experience. The sticky rice was so light yet so flavourful.

I had a wonderful experience at Bamboo Quebec tonight! Ordered 2 griots, which I hadn't eaten since my last favorite restaurant closed down and it is FRESH. Not dry at all! Very generous on the pikliz and the rice too. The only thing I regret is not asking for the spicy sauce! Definitely my new go-to for griot.
The owner also was there and had a great time chatting up with them. Lovely person!

I went there for a quick lunch and I'm thrilled to find this little hidden gem. Simple place, clean, ideally for take out. I took their lunch special which was the griot. Everything was fresh. The meat was not dry and has some fat which make it tastier. Service was great, polite with a smile. I can’t wait to come back and try more items from their menu.
