I went to Ben & Florentine on Chemin de Chambly in Longueuil with my mother and my aunt; we were served by Matthew; bubbly, smiling and expressive young man, we loved him! Great service, the food was excellent... we will come back to your place very soon!

French toast was honestly something, like crunchy coconut super wow! Great homemade ham omelette. Great food, fantastic waitress. That being said... I would have very much spared myself the stupid area of the manager towards us. For that could never!!

There was two servers first time I went you do not know her name but she was kind and willing to help me to pick up the food and show me the different things and we had a great conversation. The second time I went her name was Susan she was very helpful and always when I came in she'll always come by and have a conversation and ask me how my . But she was always helpful but I picked something she would tell me no pick something different it's a lot better all I'm going to say is the staffing and management in this location are great and helpful to people who are in English especially me which even I'm a French person who don't speak French.All I want to say is the food was great I ate there more than once every morning since I was in Quebec this is one of my favorite restaurants I've come to at this location 3638Chemin de chambly Longueui Thank you very much i was there August 29,30,31

I placed an order for it to be delivered to my house, and was very disappointed, the banana was black, the blueberries and strawberries were chewy, another dish arrived completely cold and was quite unpleasant, 1 only good dish out of 3. definitely recommended restaurant on site and not for delivery.
It's our neighborhood lunch restaurant. The menu is very varied with offers for big appetites (Eggs, Bacon, sausages, Ham, Pancakes, etc.) and more reasonable choices (Yogurt, toast, bagels). We always meet friends when we go there and the 4 corner games with the drawing placemat provided to the children cover the waiting time to receive the meal. A place to visit :)
Parking: Large shopping center parking lot with sufficient spaces.
Kid-friendliness: Interesting and affordable menu. Games and drawings provided to keep the children busy.
