The food was good, the service was alright, though you could see the servers were a bit overwhelmed. The big problem was one of the cooks who was screaming at everyone in front from the kitchen. It was really unpleasant to hear and made us pity the staff since they had to deal with that non stop.

I go to this restaurant regularly during the week. During the week the service is great and the food is hot and tasty. Today, Sunday. . . This is a place to avoid. We arrived at 11:50 a.m. We got a table immediately. The waitress came to see us 20 minutes later, we didn't even have the menus. We gave our order at 12:15 and at 12:50 we received our orders. It was very very long and slow and especially frustrating because the 3 tables around us were served before us and they all arrived after us. The waitress gave us the excuse that they all mentioned being in a hurry. We waited like crazy! Our orders were cold as soon as they arrived. One of our orders arrived with bagels instead of the English muffins provided on the menu and the waitress had not even informed us in advance of the change. For my part I had French toast cooked on top and completely raw on the other side. The small bowl of compote was fishy and contained an unidentified orange drop. I didn't get my toast, well I got them even though my plate was empty. . . . I showed my raw French toast to the waitress, which was not crispy contrary to the name of my dish on the menu. The waitress told me she would replace it for me. Everyone had finished at my table when my French toast arrived (10-15 minutes later). . . No fruit, no chocolate and even no syrup offered by the waitress. . . The poor French toast was sad compared to the picture on the menu. It was an experience to forget. . . . In total, we were there from 11:50 a.m. to 1:45 p.m., it was a very very very long brunch, unsatisfactory and very frustrating.
