Horrible service from Fatima and Léa and even others. We are always made to feel like we are disturbing them. Poor service horrible place won’t be coming back
The service is always horrible really bad especially with Fatima and Lea they have such a horrible attitude for no reason. Very sad because it’s easy to stay kind. Love the food but will not be coming back due to the horrible experiences

Oh la la, delicious
I receive a booklet at home to inform me of Christmas products without a date, I tell myself that the products are available but no! Some are there and others like the cranberry chocolate bread arrives in 2 weeks. I moved for nothing. I don't understand why this bread is not available all year round as was already the case, if I remember correctly. It's a shame, it's the only product that makes me move to your place.
On November 1st at 12 p.m., I was very disappointed with the checkout service. The two employees were chatting among themselves and completely ignored the customers. There was no smile, no hello, no thanks, not even a wish for a good day. The only thing one of them said to me was: “How do you pay?” It really doesn't make you want to come back. How can you expect a tip in such conditions?
Conversely, the employee who offered compote tastings at the entrance was very polite and welcoming. This shows that good service is possible.
It would therefore be desirable to review the customer service training of certain employees in order to improve the customer experience.

For a bakery chain, first harvest is very good. I have almost only eaten bread and pastries there and it is always very good! The prices are a little expensive, but promotions can help make it more affordable.
