I went on the website and placed my order at 5pm and paid with debit online. Knowing it's a Friday I expected some delay, but after 2 hrs and no delivery yet I was tracking the progress online and it was stuck on out for delivery. I called the # on the website, was asked which store, I told her Longueuil so she transferred me. I got a recorded message saying the person I'm trying to reach has voice-mail but it's full and it hangs up on me. I call the original # again, told her...read full review
On aurait dit que le poulet avait été frit deux fois, il avait un goût de brûlé, il était dur, les frites étaient noires... J'ai payé 38 dollars pour une nourriture dégoûtante et brûlée..... Avec cet argent, j'aurais pu avoir un meilleur repas dans un Burger King... Je n'achèterai plus jamais de poulet là-bas.
Two-and-a-half hours to get my food because the delivery person went to the wrong address. They had to restart my order from scratch and STILL managed to mess it up! And to top it off, the delivery person who bungled it the first time has the gall to have a bad attitude? Screw this place! Terrible, atrocious, mediocre service! Garbage!!
