I had an event and for a full week all I did was call at least 15 times. I tried with several and different telphones. 4 days before the event it took me 7 calls to be able to reach them so that they finally told me that it took at least 5 days. If I would have had an answer to my first call I would have been in time to ask, customer service 0!

I ordered 48 cupcakes for a fall themed baby shower...wow they were beyond my expectations!...made by artists...and so good. The guests love it and ask for the provenance! Well done to the whole team...I will definitely come back! THANKS Diane

Je suis déçu, j’ai acheté un Red velvet avec « fromage à la crème » comme garniture le gâteau n’avait pas du goût et la garniture était un peu salé mais ne goûtait pas au fromage à la crème les macarons au dessus était pas frais :( . Joli magasin et décoration du gâteau attrayant mais vraiment déçu du goût. Ceci dans le but d’améliorer si Ilya lieu.

I just wanted to say a big thank you! The cake was sublime! And it was beyond delicious! My wedding guests still talk about it and dream about it! (I've had it texted to me 2-3 times, not to mention those who actually talk to me about it). I have a lot left haha and I've been having lunch since Saturday!

Paper was left in my cake over the entire surface of it. The cake was beautiful, but unfortunately all my guests ate the paper, I can confirm that it spoils the experience. When I contacted them they simply told me that to err is human! But unfortunately the compensation did not live up to my expectations for the price paid. I don't think I would recommend this place. You are just one command among many.

J'ai passer une question simple pour le 2 pour 1 en disant que c'était la première fois que je venais à la boutique. Le soupire qu'elle m'a fait :&. Après je demande une information pour des allergies et elle me répond sec et bête : attend je vais toute te dire à la fin. Pour finalement jamais rien me dire... J'ai été déçu de mon expérience service à clientèle avec cette caissière. Je vais y retourner Oui mais éviter cette caissière Malgré tout continuer votre bon et beau travail.

First time buying at Cake Toi…. Definitely overpriced. I picked up my order today, first they put the wrong macarons… but I didn’t make a big deal. The event was tonight, the cake was so disappointing… so dry inside and the praline taste was almost absent. The icing is just pure sugar… $150 later all my guests left most of it in the plate. Sorry I don’t recommend this place at all.. employees are rude, rushed and doesn’t listen to details.
