I was very happy with the reopening of this pizzeria from which I have been ordering for several decades. However, it is clear that the new administration, although very friendly, has little experience in pizzerias. The dough recipe seemed to me to be the same as before, congratulations for this one, however they put cheddar on the pizza, a cheese that is tastier than mozzarella.
