The person doesn't speak French very well but after 5 times of repeating it she still makes mistakes and tells me that I ordered my order as is....A bit disappointed.

The Dairy Queen is supposed to close at 10:30 p.m. but at 10 p.m. a good number of tables are closed. Cleaning is done (brooms and mops) while people eat inside. We didn't finish our ice cream and left.

I love this Dairy Queen! The employees are always smiling and respectful. The place is clean and the atmosphere is pleasant. They have the best ice cream (I recommend the gourmet cup 😉).

Vegetarian options: They have a vegan bar! My friend tried it and liked it.

Like every year, my partner went there yesterday to buy a birthday cake for his son. As usual, he asked the clerk if it would be possible to add the inscription “happy birthday! ". To his great surprise, he was given a curt no, without any further explanation of the reason for the refusal. That left no room for negotiation, let’s say. Labor shortage, perhaps? Regardless, it ended up being a rather unpleasant customer experience but at least the cake was good.

You order exactly what's on the menu + an extra and they find a way to make you something else. When it comes (already the ice cream is a liquid base with dairy queen) they tell you that they have to charge you extra for the fondant chocolate (in the blizzard chocolate fondant cookie dough) so I told them that I don't does not include the extra as I paid for this combination. She tells me that she didn't charge me for the extra turtle so she's going to charge me for it? I have no problem paying for what I buy but my blizzard blinder twice, I'll let you imagine how liquid it was... you have to eat it in your car because when you get home it's soup!
