I've been ordering pasta from Jacques-Cartier for over 30 years. I think the quality has deteriorated. Especially at the Chemin du Tremblay branch. A few years ago the sauce was certainly the best I had eaten. For some time now, the pasta has been overcooked, bathed in too much sauce. And the sauce has lost its little taste which made it so successful. Bland taste, with an aftertaste of thyme. In no way does it resemble the Italian sauce of a few years ago. Damage! For the rest. Good service, fast delivery.

First time dealing with them: uncooked pizza. Owner didn't argue and provided a credit for free pizza.Second time (polite manager), I used my free offer: pizza was bathing in oil and smelled funny. We tried it anyway and were all sick ? within 24h. Very scary.Simply BAD products!

Ordered a hamburger assiette and spaghetti with meat sauce gratinee. The burger was dry (even the tomato slice in it) and not very flavourful. It also did not come with the BBQ sauce or coleslaw as advertised on Uber. The spaghetti was extremely bland, the only flavour I could taste was a slight saltiness. Would not recommend.

Pizza Jacques Quartier on Chemin du Tremblay in Longueuil. The best pizzeria with the best pizzas, very good customer service, pizza delivered on time. Smiling and respectful delivery people. Impeccable service. I recommend it to you. You will not be disappointed.

Called for a home delivery and the woman who took my order had a nasty attitude... did not confirm the order, did not confirm the delivery adress, did not confirm how long it would take and just hung up on me. I called back to try to understand and her attitude did not change... at that point I just cancelled my order. Dont know how you expect to do business with that kind of attitude to their client.
