We ordered three items ($65 after taxes + tip) the taste was good but the three were well brewed upon delivery as you can see in the photo. When I called to inform the receptionist, she put me on hold twice. I remain patient and courteous. I don't say anything about the other two items (which I had to assemble to make it edible) but explain that the pizza has to be redone because all the toppings slide to the side, that's why we gave a little crust without topping to the children and threw away the rest. Then, she explains to me that according to their “policy” she can only make me a pizza again if we give them back the one that was bad. So, $65 for a poutine, a sub assembled by the customer and a fully dressed pizza... without toppings. What irony!
Three new clients and three fewer on your list. Really unfortunate this kind of lack of professionalism.

I went to pick up my pizza on several occasions ? and the service from the lady owner is exemplary and put the competition to shame. This couple works very hard and puts in a lot of hours. The pizza is excellent. Made with a smile and love.

I tasted pizza from Jacques-Cartier Pizza on Chemin Chambly for the first time in the 70s. The recipe is the same as back then. She's still so good.
