Service impeccable !

Great ice cream and cakes. But I really wanted to congratulate the young woman who was working tonight (2025-07-15). When I came in, the place was full! She was all alone. You could see she was tired. Yet, she provided great service, with a smile on her face. Awesome attitude. Thank you!!

I don’t know their opening hours because I always see that place closed.

Today, Monday at 8 PM, it’s already closed, but Google says it should be open until 9 PM.

I ordered online and the restaurant canceled my order and I'm running after them to refund me despite 2 emails nothing came of it was the first time and the last time I ordered from this place ?

No respect for customers...cleanliness is not a priority there. The floor, the windows, everything is dirty when we get home.

We have seen the creamery deteriorate throughout the years... This year is the worst, the hygiene is very questionable, it smells bad inside, the toilets I'm not even talking about... The entire exterior facade windows + sign is disgusting, very dirty, not maintained, and the chairs and tables on the terrace?! (Why are creamery terraces always dirty?!). Then the young people who serve us seem to be fed up before we even say our order... Deplorable customer experience... When a moment of pleasure becomes a nightmare... Ah, I forgot, don't order not the mango soft cream, it's filthy. Hello Diperie!

It is kinda sad how many times I have passed by and it was CLOSED. they are losing so much money!!!!!!!! It is 12:22 pm and im craving ice cream... they only open around 5 pm? Like?? Girl ?

Disappointed with my soft serve dipped in cookie dough mixture. The mixture has not hardened. The soft cream machine was faulty. So big wait. This is the second diperie I've tried and I'm not impressed.

Nous avons fait une commande en ligne pour un gâteau à la crème glacée via le site web de La Diperie. La carte d crédit a été chargée, mais la commande n'est jamais arrivée. Il est impossible de rejoindre le restaurant par téléphone, le numéro sur le site web et le numéro sur Google (2 numéros différents) ne fonctionnent pas. Des voleurs.
