Its okay, the meat is well seasoned, the soup is okay. Filet mignon was far too cooked it wasnt tender anymore. Rice is good. Baklava and tea were great 👍

Unironically one of the best meals I've ever had. Meat is so juicy and tender, even as leftovers! MUST try, MUST come back.

We decided to try this restaurant for the first time ever because we wanted to try authentic ethnic food and we were genuinely blown away by the chicken kabab.
The chicken was tender and well seasoned. The overall food was very tasty and you could tell that it was fresh. Definitely one of the best chickens we've ever had.
The only slight complaint we could find was the pricing. 60$ + for two kabab plates and a small fries is very expensive. This is one of those restaurants that you go once every few months because it adds up fast.

Pleasantly surprised.
(Like an oyster, from the outside one cannot tell that it's really a gem.) Thank you so much ☺️
I recommend to visit the restaurant. Delicious food and great service
Bad service and slow
Disorganized service, doesn’t not prioritize service to afghans and too expensive for what you get.
Ordered in, food was fresh and full of flavors. Huge portions, enough for 2 plus leftovers for lunch

Nice restaurant and good service. Food was really good.
Fast and welcoming service. The food is amazing! I recommend ++++
Very tasty food and great service
Just wow! I've had similar food (kebab) in terms of style, but the flavors were so much better and unique, even the salad dressing! Definitely a place to check out!
Everything about this place feels okay. The service wasn't super quick, even though we were almost alone. The Afghan rice we tasted was a bit tasteless compared to other Afghan rice we tasted. We were told there was extra for different brochette (+4$), and we didn't know, but there was also an extra for changing the type of rice. I think that for the meal for two, that was shown on the menu at something like 56$, we ended up with something around 85$ with 15% tip and those two extras. We were really hyped up by the experience. I must say the reason there are 4 stars for the food is based on the fact that the brochettes were DELICIOUS.
As for the atmosphere, it was hard to judge at the time of the day that I came, but there was music playing, and it was pleasing with the ambiance.
The real question is, will i come back ?
In the area, there is another restaurant called Maison Istanbul that does really good brochettes as well and where I was always haply with the ambiance, and quality of the food.
I might give maison Afghane an other chance. We will see!
