I will never order again from this company. I was such a good customer, consistant each 2 weeks, I would order on-line. I got the worst customer service by delivery. I was in the bathroom,the deliver man never rung the bell and left. I had to wait for 2 hours for a saggy, overexpensive ,fat chicken and a bunch of mean comments from the angry incompetent deliver man and the lost lady on the phone. The chicken is tiny, with a load of fat fries! Beware,overpriced piece of unhealthy fat with angry people !

Very disappointing experience this evening. We place an order for 3 items at 4:15 p.m. Order arrives at 6:20 p.m. cold and with one item missing. We call back to Benny to take stock, the receptionist transfers us to a "manager" who didn't even want to say his name to finally say that his name is Mathieu.... and tell us that he can't do anything for us. Worst service received from a Benny! Don't go to this place, there are other bennys that offer better service with the same food! ,)

Horrible, I thought I ordered from Benny & Co, but unfortunately it was the wrong application! $45 for a chef's choice with a tiben and 12 cheese sticks. Everything was cold, not edible. We threw everything away... The quantities are also very very small! For the same price, I have a succulent and bigger meal at Benny & Co! Be careful when ordering online, make sure it's not this one!

More than one error in my order. Not a burger, but a club. Plus, the club was burned to the ground. We wanted to replace the coleslaws with sauce, they were also wrong. We didn't get what we ordered.
I called to say they were wrong. They put me on hold.
So, I have a little boy who didn't eat and for me and my partner, it was ordinary.
This was the worst chicken experience I have had. The last time we ordered, we only got half of our order.
Too bad, I've been ordering from this place for years, but now... I wouldn't recommend it.
